We're offering regular Crisis Supporter training courses throughout 2026, and this Information Session is a great way to understand more about this exciting opportunity.
By becoming a Lifeline Crisis Supporter Volunteer, you’ll help answer calls to our 13 11 14 Crisis Support line, providing vital support to Australians in need.
Self-led Online Information Session
Once you register, you’ll get immediate access to our online learning module to go through at your own pace. We’ll also email you a link so you can come back to it anytime.
This session, created by experienced Lifeline trainers, gives a clear overview of what’s involved in becoming a volunteer and answers common questions you may have.
