4-26 June
Take the Challenge for a Stronger, Healthier School

Join Lifeline and Push for Better Mental Health.

Australia’s largest fitness-based mental health event is back and we’re calling on schools to step up and push for change. From June 4–26, thousands of Australians—of all ages and abilities—will come together to complete 3,214 push-ups over 23 days, raising awareness for mental health and remembering the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023. This is more than just a fitness challenge—it’s an opportunity for your school to build stronger connections, enhance the overall school wellbeing and make a direct difference to the broader community.

Enhance physical and mental wellbeing across your community

It doesn't cost anything to do something great for the physical and mental fitness of your students and teachers. Everyone can participate. Students don't have to be a push-up pros to participate. Substitute push-ups with sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises and you can aim for half the target.
